Pre-wedding music consists of classical selections that are pleasant listening. The set may combine familiar sounding classics with music written for special capabilities of the instrument, i.e. music written especially for the harp, organ or string quartet. These selections need not be listed in the printed program unless the bride and groom have requested particular music such as a special selection when the ushers light candles fifteen minutes before the ceremony.
There could be a vocalist with a song just before the seating of grandparents and mothers. In this case, the soloist would give you choices within a style and range suitable for the voice.
